  • Windermere Drive

The record holder for the highest ever single family home sale in Edmonton belongs to Windermere Drive. A street that mixes old and new. Windermere Drive NW and Windermere Drive SW present some of Edmonton’s largest estate homes. With many of the lots lining the river valley and River Ridge golf course, the expansive views combined with exclusivity that comes with being on a 1+ acre lot in southwest Edmonton is why Windermere Drive is often referred to as the most desirable street to live on in all of Southwest Edmonton and Edmonton as a whole.

Currently the highest ever recorded sale price on the MLS for Windermere Drive is $5,700,000 in 2014.

  • The Banks at Hendriks Pointe (3466 Keswick Blvd SW)

Beyond the gates is an exclusive community that is home to only a few select estates. All of which offer either river views or ravine views. Beyond the views, the desire to live here is simply the fact that it is the only gated community in southwest Edmonton. With many other streets dealing with continuous traffic and people dreaming of the day they will own your home, The Banks at Hendriks Pointe has tried to eliminate that. While there is still a walking trail that runs along the backs of most homes, the ability of simply driving up and down the street is not that simple.

While we haven’t seen as much redevelopment happening here, it is expected that could change as building lots continue to become scarce. 

Currently the highest ever sale price on Windermere Crescent based on MLS data is just $1,200,000. This shows the significant future value this street can offer a savvy buyer.
