Parkview

Parkview is a mature west Edmonton community that is known for its exceptional community league. Neighbours in this community are well-connected with each other. As infills become more common in this community, there continues to be a diverse group of families that are being raised. Homes start in the low $400’s and can exceed $3M. Many of those larger homes are found east of 142nd Street in what many refer to as Valleyview. On this side of the road, the building lots are more expansive, homes are often much larger, and new homes are usually sold for higher prices than a similar one west of 142nd Street. Valleyview Drive is one of the most prestigious streets in all of Edmonton. A select number of homes are on this street and all share an unobstructed view of the downtown skyline.
