Crestwood

Crestwood is a west Edmonton community that is made up of around 1000 homes. Many of the people who live in the area are families. The community league is one of the best in the city! A well maintained skating rink in the winter complemented by a curling centre, community hall, and playground. Additionally, the community also offers great dining at 142 Bistro Bar as well as tons of shopping and local services all within the Crestwood Shopping Centre. Like other mature communities in Edmonton, infill is becoming more common and we are often seeing many new homes being built each year. These new construction homes come in many different shapes and sizes from “skinny homes” to full size estates. As you cross over to the east side of 142nd street (East Crestwood) you will find larger lots and larger homes. Some of Edmotnon’s most desirable homes can be found on Riverside Drive and Riverside Crescent. Many of these homes come with exceptional downtown and ravine views like no other.
