When you wake up in the morning do you want it to be in a home that is flooded with natural sunlight? Laying in bed you are happy as you look at your large bedroom with en suite and walk in closet. Your spouse joins you and the busy of the day starts. You can take you dog for a walk to and play in the park up the street. It's a quick jump downtown or onto the bus or whitemud for getting to work (unless you decide the downstairs office space is your new work space?). You take your coffee to the back to enjoy the privacy on the deck and bask in the sun.. Maybe you should just head into the tandem attached garage and go for a quick bike ride instead of work today?
