126.89 acres of undeveloped lands are part of the Brickyard at Old Town in the west part of Stony Plain. These lands are an extension to the first stages of development consisting of low to medium density residential with completed housing. The lands are covered under the Old Town Area Structure Plan Bylaw and are ready for an ongoing residential development.
